And to answer that big question...what does "IT" cost?...please remember this: Our fee policy is simple. First, if your are not satisified with the work we do for you, for any reason, just tell us why and it is free. That is our unconditional guarantee to you. Therefore, there is no risk for you to test drive our service. Second, we believe that telling you an hourly billing rate gives you no estimate of cost at all. Therefore, we try to bill most of our work at fixed rather than hourly rates. Think about it...after 20 years of providing financial services, if we cannot get pretty close to estimating the cost of your job, maybe we shouldn't be doing it!!!
